Error operation 1:

Diesel engine running in insufficient oil at this time will cause insufficient oil supply due to insufficient oil supply on the surface of each friction pair, resulting in abnormal wear or burns.For this reason, before the diesel generator starts and the diesel engine runs, it is necessary to ensure that the oil is sufficient to prevent the failure of pulling cylinder and burning tile caused by the lack of oil.

Error operation two:

The cooling water circulation stops after the engine generator is flamed out, the heat dissipation capacity is sharply reduced, the heated parts lose cooling, easy to cause the cylinder head, cylinder liner, cylinder block and other parts overheating, crack, or make the piston excessive expansion stuck in the cylinder liner.On the other hand, when the diesel generator is stopped without cooling at idle speed, the friction surface will be insufficient, and when the diesel engine is started again, the wear will be aggravated due to poor lubrication.Therefore, before the diesel generator flameout, the load should be removed, and gradually reduce the speed, no-load operation for a few minutes.

Error operation 3:

When the diesel generator cooler is started up, the oil pump is not supplied enough and the friction surface of the machine is poor due to the lack of oil and lubrication, resulting in sharp wear and even failures such as cylinder pulling and tile burning.Therefore, the diesel engine cooling start should be idle running temperature, when the oil temperature reaches more than 40℃, then with load operation;The machine should start with low speed gear, and drive for a certain distance in each gear step by step, until the oil temperature is normal and the oil supply is sufficient, then it can turn to normal running.

Error operation 4:

Diesel engine cold start after heavy throttle if heavy throttle, the diesel generator set speed increases sharply, will cause some friction surface on the machine due to dry friction and severe wear.In addition, when the throttle piston, connecting rod and crankshaft accept force change, cause violent impact, easy to damage parts.
